DOES the coupon code I received for referring others expire?
Yes! You have 6 months to use your discount code. Codes can only be used once and you may use them for yourself or — if you like — gift them to a friend, colleague or family member. And thank you for referring us business!
Can I sign up for just some of the classes?
Yes! We’re very flexible in this regard. Purchase what makes sense for you:
All improv classes in a series
6 improv classes in a series
4 improv classes in a series
Classes are pro-rated, so the more you purchase, the less expensive each class is. As of September 2025, we stopped offering the ability to purchase individual classes.
Do the classes I’ve purchased expire?
Yes! Please use up all of your classes before the end of our 2 month cycles. Class purchases do not rollover to future class series.
If I miss A class, can I get a refund?
No! But we allow students to attend a make-up class that same week. When you take a make-up class, you’ll be improvising with others at different levels play. Enjoy this opportunity and learn from it!
Can I Get a Refund if I have to miss multiple/many classes?
No! We can, however, offer you a pro-rated credit for any 2 or more classes that you’ve missed due to life events. For these issues, drop us a note via our contact page, explain your situation, and we’ll reach out!
What if I can’t afford your classes but really want to attend?
We maintain a generous partial and full scholarship program based on each individuals needs. TL;DR: we never turn anyone away from our improv classes or improv workshops for a lack of funds. Every arrangement is different. To learn more, reach out via our contact page and explain your situation. We’ll get back to you with a class package you can afford.
