Taking pictures & videos are sometimes central part of what we do. We use them as powerful tools when working with our students and corporate clients for many reasons, including:

  • Showing before & after poses in our tableau exercises to spotlight group dynamics

  • Highlighting body language so that it’s more easily seen & mastered

  • Class photos at the end of class cycles

  • Recording our student showcases so students can chart their own work and progress

By Taking Part in Our Classes, Workshops, & Performances, participants Agree to the Following:

  1. I willingly participate in classes, workshops, or other services provided by Using Theater LLC, doing business as Change Through Play

  2. I grant permission and consent to use classroom, workshop or performance photographs and videos for presentation under any legal condition, including but not limited to publicity, copyright purposes, illustration, advertising, and web content

  3. I understand that there shall be no payment for this release, nor any royalty, fee, or compensation for such use

  4. I understand I can submit a request to have specific photos/videos removed. I also understand that although Using Theater, LLC will consider in every request, they cannot guarantee removal of every image or video requested.
